About the Chef

Chef Sahil Mehta is the first certified expert in bakery, pastry, and chocolate making. An Indian origin spent most of his formative years in Paris, France. Relocated at the age of 13, the chef started his education with L’ecole Internationale de sèvres. He pursued hotel management at Santos Dumont Paris. He continued to create himself as a master chef by joining Lenotre and 3 Michelin Alain Ducasse institutes. He is an expert in

1. Diploma in Culinary Arts

If you are interested in becoming a chef, this is the course for you. A complete course set involves showing your practical cooking skills at the end of the course to earn the prestigious certificate. It is an IVQ level 2 Diploma course that teaches you modern cookery techniques with safety and hygiene in a professional environment. 

Duration: It is a 12-month course with a blend of theory and practical classes. You will undergo industrial training for six months too.

2. French Patisserie Masterclass by Chef Sahil Mehta
