Students are advised to read the policies, terms and conditions governing the admission and the student's continued enrolment at TGCA as set below:
A student is considered fully enrolled upon registration and payment of all fees and deposits as set out in the Fee schedule. TGCA reserves the right to revise the fee payable.
Registration Fee is to be payable before the commencement of the course.
All payments are to be in the form of Bank Transfer, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, or Crossed Cheque made payable to account given to you by TGCA. In case of Cheque payments, registration will be considered complete only post realisation of the cheque.
Failure to pay fees may result in the student being barred from classes, examinations and other facilities.
Fees paid is NOT transferable. Admission/Registration fees paid is NOT refundable.
In the event a student is expelled or is suspended or discontinues the program/module due to disciplinary / academic misconduct, there shall be no refund of fees paid.
Students must abide by all academic, administrative & examination rules, regulations and policies of TGCA in force and to be enacted in future.
All references to “student” or “students”, wherever relevant or applicable, shall include any parent or legal guardian of the student in the case the student has not attained the age of majority at the time of enrolment of student.
All references to “TGCA”, wherever relevant or applicable, shall include TEDCO Goodrich Chefs Academy situated in A-15, First Floor, Kailash Colony, New Delhi-110048
TGCA shall be under no liability whatsoever to any student for any loss or damage or death & personal injury caused by negligent act or omission of any student sustained at the campus' premises except for personal injury or death caused by the TGCA, its employees, or any other person concerned whether in respect of a negligent act or omission, within the premises
CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL
Withdrawal from classes - An administrative charge of Rs 5,000 will be imposed on all withdrawals.
An official request has to be emailed to the Admissions department on firstname.lastname@example.org
The proportion of Course Fees Refund is shown as follows:
Registration/Admission fees is NOT refundable.
If an applicant gives MORE THAN 1 Month notice BEFORE the commencement of the class, he/she will be entitled to a 100% refund of the total fees except Registration Fees. However, the entire fees can be adjusted for a course on a later date.
If an applicant gives MINIMUM 15 days' notice BEFORE the commencement of the class, he/she will be entitled to a 50% refund of the total fees. However, the entire fees can be adjusted for a course on a later date.
No refund will be given to any other case.
All refunds shall be free of interest & taxes paid at the time of admission and shall be subject to the right to be offset against any payments owing to Tedco Goodrich Chefs Academy.
All money refundable under the conditions hereof must be claimed within one year from the date the student ceases to be a student of TGCA, failing which, the said amount shall be forfeited.
